Product development
RAPA has its own research and development department with more than 150 development and design engineers spread across various specialist areas. Each area is staffed by selected experts with extensive experience and know-how in terms of technology and industry requirements. In addition, RAPA has its own extensive laboratory, simulation and validation facilities, which are used for intensive testing and validation in the product development process and in the creation of prototypes.

Process development and plant engineering
It's good to know that RAPA not only manufactures high-tech components and innovative solutions, but also the production systems. From manual workstations to fully automated production lines, RAPA implements the individual production process for every requirement.
This includes the development, manufacture and procurement of state-of-the-art systems.
Prototype production and series production
We prefer to produce in series. Series production takes place in modern production halls with a total area of an impressive 13,500 square meters, making it possible to implement a wide range of production orders in the highest quality. From the first pilot series to established series production, we rely on innovative technologies and proven processes to meet our customers' requirements in the best possible way.
