Safe burner control with the BV 01 solenoid valve
Trouble-free and efficient operation of oil burners requires precise control of the heating oil supply. At the same time, it must be ensured that no heating oil enters the system in an uncontrolled manner when the burner is switched off or malfunctions - an important issue for safety and environmental protection.
The solution: Our BV 01 solenoid valve - compact, reliable, safe
The BV 01 is a normally closed, directly controlled 2/2-way solenoid valve, developed for use in small and medium capacity oil burner systems. As a safety shut-off valve in accordance with DIN EN ISO 23553-1, it meets the highest requirements and only releases the oil flow when the burner is active.
The BV 01 is installed directly in the oil supply line upstream of the burner. During operation, the valve opens automatically to release heating oil for combustion. If the burner stops or malfunctions, it closes immediately and prevents uncontrolled overflow - for greater operational safety and environmental protection.
Protection for siphon systems with the HSV 04 siphon protection valve
In systems where the oil tank is located below the burner, the suction principle is used. In the event of a power failure or pressure loss, there is a risk of heating oil flowing out in an uncontrolled manner - with potential consequences for the environment and building safety.
The solution: Our HSV 04 siphon protection valve
The HSV 04 is an electromagnetically driven safety valve that has been specially developed to protect siphon systems. It automatically prevents the unintentional escape of heating oil and reliably protects against leaks and system failures.
The valve is installed in the suction line between the tank and burner. As soon as the oil pump starts, the integrated solenoid drive opens the valve. If the burner is switched off or there is a power failure, it closes immediately - without any manual intervention. The HSV 04 thus offers an effective, automated protection mechanism.
